Approach

  • Emphasis is placed on exposure to a well-rounded variety of training modes targeting both endurance and speed, dependent on the individual’s goals and personal progression.

    Increases in daily and weekly training volume are secondary to athletes’ longevity in the sport. Weekly check-ins are vital to ensuring that athletes are staying healthy and progressing appropriately.

  • As needed, depending on experience, athletes will learn foundational skills such as posture, cadence, and stride mechanics and progress towards application of these skills in daily training.

  • Runners will learn how to self-correct technique using visual, tactile, and auditory cues based on video sent in for analysis.

  • Athletes are educated in sound recovery habits and, as desired, are exposed to resources on how psychology and basic nutrition can actively contribute to improved performance.

Requirements

  • - Dependent on personal goals and needs. Commitment level is determined on a case-by-case basis via a personal consultation.

  • TIER A (for those able to pay the going rate for personal training):

    ‍ ‍ $220 / month

    TIER B (for students, young professionals and families on a limited budget):

    ‍ ‍ $165 / month

    • 3-6 individualized training sessions/week
